Is this you?

You're getting through the days, but something's gone flat. You can't quite name it. Maybe the job you once liked has become something you dread. Maybe redundancy pulled the ground out and you're not sure which way to walk. Maybe nothing's actually wrong, and that's what makes it so confusing. You just don't feel pulled towards anything anymore.

You've tried thinking your way out of it. That's not the way in.

That's what this afternoon is for. One Sunday. Ten minutes from your front door.

What actually happens...

We spend three hours finding your North Star. Not a job title or a five-year plan. The thing underneath: what actually matters to you, what you're here to do, and a mission and vision that pull you forward on the days motivation won't.

You'll do real work, on paper, with tea beside you. Guided exercises that uncover your soul's values, the ones you've been living by without realising, and the ones you've been living against. Small tables, honest conversation, and a room full of people asking the same questions you are.

By the end you'll leave with something written down that's yours: a clear sense of direction and a way to hold onto it when life gets loud again. You'll also get a taste of how I work with clients one to one, if you want to go deeper afterwards.

No forced sharing. No standing up and introducing yourself. Come as you are, bring a pen, and say as much or as little as you like.

Who's hosting?

Hi, I'm Dom. 🧡

I'm a mum of two living here in Worthing, an identity and emotional healing coach, and someone who spent years feeling flat in a life that looked fine from the outside. I know what it's like to lose your sense of direction and not be able to explain why.

Finding my own North Star is what got me out. Not a plan or a new job, but getting honest about what I actually value and what I'm here to do. It's the work I now do with clients one to one, and I wanted to bring it into a room, in person, for people in my own town.

So that's what this is. One afternoon, some good questions, and the space to hear yourself think.

Questions you might have...

Is this for women only?

No. This one is open to everyone. If you're feeling stuck, unsure of your direction, or just flat, you're welcome here.

What do I need to bring?

Just a pen and an open mind. I'll provide the workbook, tea, coffee and something to eat.

Do I have to speak?

No. You'll do most of the work on paper, and any conversation is optional. Some people share a lot, some say almost nothing. Both are fine.

Can I come alone?

Yes, and most people do. You'll be at a small table with a few others, so it won't feel like walking into a party where everyone already knows each other.

What if I don't know what I want?

That's exactly who this is for. You don't need any answers before you arrive. The exercises are designed to uncover what's underneath, not test what you already know.

Is this a therapy or coaching session?

Neither, though it's a taste of how I work. It's a guided workshop: structured exercises, honest reflection, and a clear result you take home. If you'd like to go deeper afterwards, we can talk about one to one coaching, but there's no pressure and no pitch.

What if I can't make it after booking?

Because places are limited to 20 and the venue and refreshments are booked in advance, tickets are non-refundable. But you're very welcome to pass your place to someone else, just let me know their name before the day.

Where exactly is it and is there parking?

Goring Methodist Church, Worthing. There's free on-street parking nearby and it's an easy walk from Goring-by-Sea station.
